Miss World-America

The Miss World-U.S.A. pageants ended after 1977.  The Miss World-America pageants were held in 1978, 1979 and 1980 by the new organization's Executive Producer, Griff O'Neil, until an arrangement with Miss U.S.A. (Universe) sent their 1st runner-ups to Miss World up to 1991.
